The 10" Standard 1 Micron Pleated Sediment Filter is designed to remove fine suspended solids, dirt, rust, sand, silt, and other particulate matter from water supplies. Manufactured using durable pleated polypropylene filter media, this cartridge provides a large filtration surface area, high dirt-holding capacity, and excellent filtration performance while maintaining efficient water flow.

    Replace sooner if:

    Pleated polypropylene media may be rinsed and reused in some non-potable applications. Replace the cartridge when the media is damaged, permanently blocked, or no longer provides effective sediment reduction.

    Best Used With

    • A 20 micron or 5 micron sediment pre-filter for high sediment water sources to extend cartridge life.

    • Activated carbon filters for chlorine, taste, and odour reduction.
