Filter Type: Deionising resin cartridge
Media: Mixed-bed deionising resin
Size: 10" Standard (10" × 2.5")
Function: Reduction of dissolved ionic contaminants and mineral salts
Water Quality: Produces low-conductivity, demineralised water
Housing Compatibility: Standard 10" filter housings

Typical Replacement Interval: Depends on incoming water quality, total dissolved solids (TDS), water usage, and resin capacity.
Replace Sooner If:
TDS or conductivity begins to increase.
Water quality declines.
Resin becomes exhausted.
Required water purity is no longer achieved.
Maintenance: Monitor water conductivity or TDS to determine when the resin is exhausted. Replace the cartridge when its ion-exchange capacity has been reached.
Best Used With
Sediment pre-filter to protect the resin.
Activated carbon filter for chlorine and organic contaminant reduction.
Reverse osmosis system as a pre-treatment or polishing stage.
Multi-stage filtration systems requiring low-TDS water.
Not Suitable For
Sediment filtration.
Microbiological disinfection.
Water softening as a standalone scale-control solution.
Removal of non-ionic contaminants.
High-sediment water without suitable pre-filtration.
