Hydra Trio Self-Cleaning Filter – 1” BSP
The Hydra Trio is a versatile multi-stage filtration system combining a 90-micron stainless steel self-cleaning pre-filter with two empty 10” standard filter housings.
The system is supplied ready to customise — simply choose two 10” standard filter cartridges from our range to suit your water quality and filtration requirements.
Flow rates will depend on the cartridges selected.
The Hydra Trio is ideal for coarse sediment removal from rainwater and mains water supplies. It can also be used as a pre-filtration stage for rural water treatment systems, as well as a range of commercial and industrial applications.
The clear PET filter bowls allow you to easily see what is being collected inside the housings, while the included pressure gauges help you monitor pressure changes and determine when the filters need attention.
Self-Cleaning Pre-Filter
The built-in Hydra filter removes larger sediment and particles before the water reaches the cartridge filters. When the filter becomes dirty, the counter-current flushing system allows the stainless-steel mesh to be cleaned without needing to remove the filter.
Cleaning can be carried out manually, with automatic flushing also available depending on the configuration.
The drain funnel incorporates a backflow prevention device, making the Hydra suitable for installation on both mains and rural water supplies.
