The Sanic Trio Kit is a three-stage under-bench filtration system designed to treat the cold water line at your sink. It improves water quality, taste, and clarity, while also helping to manage scale buildup on fixtures and appliances.

By combining sediment filtration, carbon treatment, and scale reduction, this system provides a more complete solution for homes looking to go beyond basic filtration.

How It Works (Simple Explanation)

This system uses three stages of filtration, and each one has a job.

Stage 1 – 5 Micron Pleated Sediment Filter

This is your first line of defence. It removes dirt, rust, and larger particles from the water, helping to protect the downstream filters and improve overall performance.

Stage 2 – 1 Micron Carbon Block Filter

This stage improves water quality by reducing chlorine, taste, and odour, along with organic contaminants. It also removes finer sediment and helps reduce cysts, delivering clearer, better-tasting water.

Stage 3 – POP Scale Reduction Cartridge

This stage is designed to manage scale. It helps reduce scale buildup on taps, fixtures, and appliances by altering how minerals behave in the water. It does not remove hardness, but it helps minimise the effects of scale over time.

Important Considerations

This system is installed on your main cold water line under the sink, meaning all cold water at that tap is filtered.

Connection fittings are not included, as these will vary depending on your existing plumbing setup. A plumber or suitable fittings will be required for installation.

The Sanic housing includes built-in Microban antimicrobial technology, which helps reduce bacterial growth on the internal surfaces of the housing. The cartridges themselves do not contain Microban.

The scale reduction stage helps manage scale but does not soften water or remove hardness minerals.
