How It Works (Simple Explanation)

This system uses three stages of filtration, and each one has a job.

Stage 1 – 10 Micron Pleated Sediment Filter

This is your first line of defence. It removes sediment such as dirt, rust, and organic debris before it reaches the more specialised filters. This step is important because it protects the PFAS cartridges from clogging prematurely and helps maintain flow and performance.

Stage 2 – PFAS ARMOR Cartridge (1 micron)

This is where the primary treatment begins. This cartridge is designed to reduce PFAS compounds including PFOA and PFOS, often referred to as “forever chemicals”. It also reduces chlorine, taste, odour, and a range of other chemical contaminants.

Stage 3 – PFAS ARMOR Cartridge (1 micron)

The third stage mirrors the second, providing an additional level of treatment and contact time. This improves overall performance and ensures a higher level of PFAS reduction, particularly as cartridges begin to age over time.
